Our patients

At Quartz Creek Dental we like to collect as much pre-appointment information as possible.  This includes previous dental records, pre-med needs, general patient and insurance information. We do this to streamline your appointment, have accurate account information and make that first appointment as stress-free as possible. 

Prior to your first appointment you will receive an invitation for new patient paperwork online.  If paper forms are needed, please arrive 10-15 min prior to your appointment to complete.

You don't have to have insurance to save money on dental care. We have your solution with our Quartz Creek Dental Membership Plan. Membership Plans are available for individuals and businesses. Dental Education

Dental education is important for both staff and patients. With more understanding, the more our patients are able to care for their teeth the other 363 days of the year.

What to expect on Your First Visit

At Quartz Creek Dental we focus on professionalism, but with a side of fun. We want every experience here to be enjoyable.  For your first appointment, you will be introduced to the team, given a tour of the office, and an overall review of your oral health with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. We get to know each other.
